WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from Oct. 11-Nov. 14.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Brian Comeforo, 36, from Marmora was charged Oct. 11 with simple assault (domestic violence) for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend while intoxicated, causing visible injury by grabbing her around the neck. He was processed and released.
Michael Peragine, 48, from Ocean View was charged Oct. 14 with burglary and criminal mischief for allegedly damaging property and unlawfully gaining entry into a unit at a campground in the 2600 block of N Route 9 in Dennis Twp. He was processed and released.
Robin Lythgoe, 52, from Upper Twp. was charged Oct. 16 with theft for allegedly taking a white envelope containing $325 in cash that was accidentally left on the counter top at a convenience store in Dennis Township by a customer. Video surveillance identified a suspect which led to her apprehension. She was processed and released.
Jonathan Dehainaut, 24, from Swainton was charged Oct. 16 with burglary, theft and forgery for admittedly stealing and then cashing business checks from his employer, totaling almost $3,000 to purchase drugs. He was processed and released.
Richard Price, 41, from Woodbine was charged Oct. 17 with disorderly conduct for yelling profanities in the earshot of the public after being told repeatedly to calm down by troopers during the course of a domestic violence investigation. He was processed and released.
Christian Gibboni, 19, from Eldora was charged Oct. 20 with possession of CDS, marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (digital scale) while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. He was processed and released.
Jason Popplewell, 30, and Nikki Debonia , 29, both from Villas were charged Oct. 22 with shoplifting approximately $350 in goods from a Marmora grocery store. Video surveillance was used to identify the suspects. Suspects were found and independently arrested and found to be in possession of hypodermic needles and were also charged with that. They were interviewed and confessed to the shoplifting. They were processed and released.
Ramod Hannah, 24, from Vineland, N.J. was charged Oct. 22 with criminal mischief (domestic violence) for allegedly damaging property in the residence of his ex-girlfriend. A temporary restraining order was also granted and served on him. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Jonnavi Hazel, 24, from Wildwood was charged Oct. 24 with hindering and contempt of court for providing false information as to her true identity while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. It was learned that she had a $500 warrant active for her from Wildwood.
Jonathan Thurman, 25, from Vineland, N.J. was charged Nov. 1 with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. He was processed and released.
Denzelle Wilson, 22, from Woodbine was charged Nov. 4 with possession of heroin and paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Middle Twp. He was processed and released.
