Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, Nov. 3-21

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from Nov. 3-21.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Ernest Cabral-Rosado, 24, from Millville, N.J. was charged Nov. 8 with hindering apprehension for providing false information as to his true identity while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Twp. Cabral-Rosado attempted to avoid apprehension for an active warrant out for his arrest from Wildwood. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center on the warrant. 
Dennis Perna III, 33, from Woodbine was charged Nov. 9 with simple assault, terroristic threats and criminal restraint for allegedly assaulting his mother, causing injury during a domestic dispute at their residence. He allegedly attempted to choke her and also put her in fear of her life. A temporary restraining order was served on Perna and he was processed and eventually lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Barbara Finsel, 32, from Somers Point, N.J. was charged Nov. 9 with driving under the influence with two minors in the vehicle. It was reported that she had previously been involved in a domestic dispute with her boyfriend in Somers Point and she was subsequently located in Woodbine after having driven the children there. She was arrested and found to be over twice the legal limit. She was charged with DWI (motor vehicle offences) and the criminal statute for having the children in the vehicle. She was processed and released to a relative. 
Jermaine Russell, 27, from Woodbine was charged Nov. 12 with obstruction during the course of a fight in progress investigation in Woodbine. He reportedly disobeyed lawful commands and attempted to flee on foot. He was quickly apprehended, arrested, processed and released. 
Kamill Grate, 24, from Millville, N.J. was charged Nov. 12 with aggravated assault during the course of a domestic dispute with his 2-year-old child’s mother. The dispute turned physical and he allegedly slammed her head on the floor, causing damage to two of her teeth and then allegedly struck her several times in the face and body, causing visible signs of injury. A temporary restraining order was served on Grate and he was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.

Nov. 6: Mark Hickman, 52, from Court House
Nov. 19: Eric Szambelak, 33, from Franklinville, N.J.
Nov. 21: Jmes Murray, 31, from Woodbine
