WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from March 23-April 8.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Eric Osmundsen, 22, from Court House, was charged March 23 with domestic violence harassment for sending harassing text messages to his ex-girlfriend. He was processed and released pending court.
Matthew Gatens, 21, from Vineland, NJ, was charged March 30 with possession of marijuana while on a motor vehicle stop. He was processed and released pending court.
Richard Johnson, 27, from Ocean City, was charged April 1 with possession of heroin, narcotic paraphernalia and loitering after he was witnessed purchasing narcotics from a subject in Woodbine Borough. A subsequent search warrant of his vehicle revealed 15 bags of heroin and narcotic paraphernalia. He was processed and released pending court.
Mister Germanio, 26, from Belleplain, was charged April 3 with criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a vehicle’s windshield by punching it. Germanio was processed and released pending court.
Louis Serrecchia, 42, from Dennis Twp., was charged April 4 with operating a CDS production facility; manufacturing/ distributing CDS; unlawful possession of a weapon (homemade muzzle loader pistol), paraphernalia and marijuana. Investigation at the residence where he lives led to the discovery of 39 marijuana plants and other contraband. He was processed and lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Jessica Griffin, 34, from Marmora, was arrested and charged April 8 with the theft of $4,000 from a client from her prior employer, Cape Counseling Services in Woodbine. Griffin was, at the time, the site manager and admitted to the theft. She was processed and released pending court.
John Hill, 71, from Woodbine, was charged April 8 with disorderly conduct for aggressive and disorderly behavior during the course of an accident investigation in which he was a driver in. He was processed and released pending court.
