Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, Jan. 15-Feb. 20

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from  Jan. 15-Feb. 20.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. Note: The abbreviation CDS is used throughout for controlled-dangerous substance.
Jason Pelham, 36, from Woodbine, was charged Jan. 15 with possession of heroin and marijuana during an investigation in Woodbine. He was arrested, processed and released. 
John Kiger Jr., 36, from Upper Township was charged Jan. 15 with criminal mischief for doing a “burnout” in his vehicle on CR 610 in Upper Township, causing marring to the roadway from his tires and creating a smoke cloud across the roadway. He was also charged with reckless driving. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Harmony Terrell, 22, and Christopher Fitzpatrick, 39, both from Court House were charged Jan. 15 with conspiracy to commit distribution of CDS (heroin) during the course of an investigation that recovered 19 bundles consisting of 190 folds/packets of heroin. Fitzpatrick was also charged with possession of heroin and distribution of CDS (heroin). He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. Terrell was processed and released. 
Willie Hicks, 23, from Villas was served Jan. 16 with a complaint summons for domestic violence harassment by allegedly and excessively texting and calling his ex-girlfriend, after being advised by her to leave her alone, and for sending derogatory and disrespectful text messages to her. A temporary restraining order (TRO) was also issued to him. 
Kelly Slamon, 34, from Clifton Heights, Pa. was charged Jan. 17 with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia (pipe containing suspected crack cocaine), and possession of hypodermic needles during an interaction with her on SH 47 in Dennis Township where her vehicle was observed facing south, while pulled over on the northbound shoulder of the highway. The vehicle was still running and the headlights were turned on and she was observed to be asleep in the front driver’s seat. She was also charged with DWI. She was processed and released. 
Phillip Hayes, 28, from Woodbine was charged Jan. 18 with simple assault for allegedly assaulting his child’s mother during a custody dispute, causing scratches on both sides of her neck. He was arrested, processed and released. 
John Rudolph III, 18, from Ocean City was charged Jan. 18 with possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia (smoking pipe) while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Emmalee Bell, 27, from Galloway Township, N.J. and Justin Graham, 28, from Dennis Township were both charged Jan. 25 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia (smoking pipe) during a suspicious vehicle investigation in Dennis Township. Both were arrested, processed and released. 
Ashley Danner, 19, from Salem, N.J., and Paige Calter, 21, from Philadelphia, Pa. were both charged Jan. 26 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. Danner was also charged with possession of a prescription legend drug and Calter was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were arrested, processed and released. 
Jonathan Harrison, 21, from Court House was charged Jan. 27 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Daniel Rios, 44, from Port Norris, N.J. was charged Jan. 30 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia (smoking pipe) while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Nicholas McDonald, 23, from Sea Isle City was charged Jan. 30 with simple assault for allegedly assaulting a subject with a bottle during an argument at a residence in Dennis Township. Victim suffered a cut and was bleeding from his left ear. McDonald was reported to be heavily intoxicated. McDonald had left the scene but was located a short time later and found to be driving while intoxicated to which he was also charged. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana and was charged for that also. McDonald was arrested, processed and released. 
Joshua Baker, 31, from Court House was charged Feb. 2 with public communication of obscenity; criminal mischief; disorderly conduct; and obstruction of justice during the course of a disorderly person investigation in Dennis Township. Baker was reported to be intoxicated and disorderly at his residence. It was learned that he had a traffic warrant active for him and after placing him under arrest for that, he began to use obscene language towards troopers on scene which was in earshot of the public. At the station his demeanor became aggressive and he refused to cooperate to be processed. A warrant was issued against him for the charges and he was transported to the Cape May County Correctional Center where he was lodged on the strength of the warrant. On Feb. 4, he was also charged with domestic violence harassment against the mother of his children. 
Bryan McNulty, 43, from Millville, N.J., George Flanagan, 32, from Eldora, and Amber Henley, 35, from Villas were charged Feb. 3 with possession of CDS (suspected Amphetamine tablet) while on a motor vehicle stop in Middle Township. Henley also was found to have a criminal warrant active for her. All were processed and released. 
Charles Gummel, 53, from Woodbine was charged Feb. 3 with violating a final restraining order (contempt) and harassment by allegedly sending unwanted and obscene text messages to his wife in violation of the order. A warrant was issued against him and he was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Annaliese Broschard, 35, from Ocean View was charged Feb. 3 with endangering the welfare of a child; aggravated assault; and failure to render aid for allegedly striking her 14-year-old daughter in her face multiple times and for striking her 12-year-old son, at their grandmother’s residence where they live. An investigation was conducted and a warrant was issued against her. She was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Bulmaro Lorena-Mendez, 58, from Marmora was charged Feb. 3 with theft for stealing a purse that was inadvertently left by a shopper at a grocery store in Marmora. Using video surveillance, a suspect was then developed. The victim’s iPhone had tracking capabilities on it and led troopers to the location of the suspect who eventually admitted to taking the purse from the cart. All items were recovered at the scene and returned to the victim. Suspect was arrested, processed and released. 
Shane Thomson, 27, from Egg Harbor Township, N.J., was charged Feb. 5 with shoplifting on two separate occasions (Feb. 5 and Feb. 10) for stealing approximately $140 and $200 of infant formula respectively from a Marmora grocery store. Video surveillance identified a suspect which led to his being charged. It was learned that he was also charged with attempting to shoplift in a Somers Point grocery store and was currently being held in the Atlantic County Jail on an additional criminal warrant. He was served his summons at the jail, processed and currently lodged on the unrelated warrant. 
Christy White, 31, from Delmont, N.J. was charged Feb. 6 with possession of heroin during a motor vehicle stop in Middle Township. White, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was found to have a criminal and NCIC warrant from Cumberland County active for her. She was arrested and searched and found to be in possession of the heroin. She was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center for the warrants.  
James Goodroe, 44, from Villas was charged Feb. 11 with hindering apprehension for providing false information as to his true identity while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. It was learned he was driving with a suspended license. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Jamie Wettstein, 23, from Cedarville, N.J. Marquee Hartsfield, 23, from Vineland, N.J., and Owen James, 22, from Millville, N.J., were charged Feb. 13 with possession of marijuana while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. Wettstein, who was the driver, was also charged with DWI. They were all processed and released. 
Christopher Lockwood, 30, from Dennis Township was charged Feb. 14 with possession of marijuana while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was arrested, processed and released.

Feb. 17: James Jackson, 26, from Petersburg
Feb. 20: Devin Geary, 23, from Belleplain
Feb. 20: Kyle Stillwagon, 21, from Cape May
Feb. 20: Derek Egenlauf, 22, from Plymouth, Pa.
