Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, Feb. 17-March 20

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from Feb. 17-March 20.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement. Note: The abbreviation CDS is used throughout for controlled-dangerous substance.
Lori Burke, 46, from Seaville was charged Feb. 17 with passing a bad check at a Marmora grocery store in the amount of $218.56. Several attempts were made to contact Burke to make restitution with negative results. The investigation continued and it was learned that she was in the Cumberland County Jail where she was served and processed in this case. 
Kim Yetman, 49, from Pleasantville was charged Feb. 18 with resisting arrest and obstruction during the course of a property check at a Marmora grocery store. Her vehicle was improperly parked and a check revealed that she had a minor traffic warrant active for her arrest. While placing her under arrest, she became disorderly and resisted. Instead of what would have been most probably a release on her own recognizance on the minor traffic warrant, she was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center on the additional charges. 
Tina Wissman, 25, from Court House was charged Feb. 19 with being a fugitive from justice for active charges from Pennsylvania during a traffic stop in Dennis Township. She was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Derek Egenlauf, 22, from Plymouth was charged Feb. 20 with DWI and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a well-being check in Dennis Township. Subject was found sleeping at the wheel of a motor vehicle while it was running. He was processed and released. 
Rial Young, 45, from Woodbine was charged Feb. 21 with hindering apprehension and possession of CDS (marijuana) while on a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. The driver gave false information as to his true identity and once arrested after his true identity was learned, was found to be in possession of the marijuana. It was learned that he had multiple warrants active for him and after processing, he was lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Frances Read, 64, from Corbin City was charged Feb. 23 with simple assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes (pepper spray) for spraying the owners of a local kennel with the spray and then allegedly hitting one owner with a metal bowl and kicking him in the groin. She allegedly became upset over an incident with her dog who had been housed there and attacked the owners. She was charged, processed and released. 
Ian Longstreet, 24, from Mays Landing was charged Feb. 24 with distributing CDS (marijuana), possession of CDS (marijuana, over 50 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing during a motor vehicle stop for talking on his cell phone while driving in Upper Township. Additionally, approximately $3,700 was also seized. He was processed and released. 
Dayna Memmo, 22 from Schnecksville was charged Feb. 27 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. She was processed and released. 
Donald Carter, 36, from Port Norris was charged March 3 with possession with intent to distribute CDS and possession of heroin, crack cocaine, and marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was also found to be a wanted person from Cumberland County Superior Court for failure to appear and also had an active traffic warrant out for him. Approximately $350 was also confiscated. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Alan Thorp, 37, from Grampian was charged March 3 with DWI and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
Meghan Kincade, 36, from Villas was charged March 3 with criminal mischief for admittedly kicking the door to her boyfriend’s residence during a domestic dispute, causing approximately $200 worth of damage to the door. She was processed and released. 
Jaqwan Fitzpatrick-Weldon, 23, from Woodbine was charged March 4 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released. 
Derrick Achuff, 21, from Margate was charged March 5 with DWI and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He was processed and released. 
John Tumelty, 18, from Seaville was charged March 6 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Upper Township. He threw the contraband from his vehicle in an attempt to get rid of it while driving. It was located on the roadway and he was arrested, processed and released.

March 3: Gary Dever, 57, from Sea Isle City
March 4: Suzanne Mazzoli, 53, from Bridgeton
March 5: Derrick Achuff, 21, from Margate
March 17: Kayla Ortiz, 23, from Woodbine
March 18: Brandilee Watkins, 39, from Court House
March 20: William Poley, 20, from Millville
