Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, Feb. 11 – March 22

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from Feb. 11-March 22.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Michael Conklin, 49, from Dennis Twp., was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, eluding and obstruction for attempting to flee in his vehicle from troopers during the course of a suspicious vehicle investigation in Dennis Twp. Feb. 13.
Brothers Samuel and Steven Barreto, 19 and 18, respectively, were charged with simple assault for allegedly fighting at their residence in Woodbine Feb. 16.
Michael Guzzi, 23, from Vineland, N.J., was arrested for possession of suspected crack cocaine, marijuana, hypodermic needle and active traffic warrants while on a traffic stop in Dennis Twp. Feb. 17. Passenger Joseph Shrader, 19, from Bryn Mawr, Pa. was also charged with possession of hypodermic syringe and drug paraphernalia.
Karen Bland, 37, from Woodbine, was charged with simple assault for allegedly assaulting another female subject in her residence March 2.
Stephon Allen, 24, from Woodbine, was charged with violating a final restraining order and simple assault for allegedly assaulting his child’s mother at her residence March 5.
Paul Tripoli, 38, and Daniel Craver, 41, both from Dennis Twp., were charged with active warrants, possession of CDS (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia March 7. Tripoli was also charged with possession of hypodermic and Craver was additionally charged with hindering apprehension after supplying false information as to his true identity. Both were lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Zachary Rohrer, 22, from Court House, was charged with disorderly conduct during the course of a verbal dispute investigation March 8.
Emily Giordano, 24, from Seaville, was charged with possession of CDS marijuana and drug paraphernalia during the course of a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine March 12.
Jermaine Russell, 25, from Woodbine, was charged with possession and distribution of CDS for possessing 48 baggies containing suspected crack cocaine, 56 paper folds containing suspected heroin and one baggie containing suspected crack cocaine after being arrested for an active warrant March 13. He was lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Juanita Davis, 26, from Atlantic City, N.J., was charged with possession of CDS marijuana and drug paraphernalia during the course of a motor vehicle stop in Upper Twp. March 16.
Phillip Warner, 24, from Millville, N.J., was charged with possession marijuana and drug paraphernalia and passenger Brittany Hahn, 24, from Millville, N.J., was charged with unlawful possession of prescription drugs during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Twp. March 16.
Calvin Hayward, 29, from Court House, was charged with active warrants and possession of suspected Ecstasy and Ketamine during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Twp. March 22. He was lodged in Cape May County County Correctional Center.

Feb. 23: Frank Kuhns, 37, from Belleplain
March 8: Sabrina Nieves, 20, from Vineland, N.J.
March 8: Jerome Williams, 49, from Vineland, N.J.
March 9: Sharon Cutliff, 64, from Millville, N.J.
March 9: Brenda Tozer, 48, from Cape May
March 10: Ryan Dutton, 24, from Dennisville
March 12: Burt Meyrick, 52, from Cape May
March 15: Terence Culleton, 58, from Newtown, Pa.
March 21: Joseph Giordano, 54, from Ocean View
March 21: Michael Moore, 43, from Wildwood
March 22: Timothy McHugh, 25, from Deptford, N.J.
