Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, Dec. 17 – Jan. 12

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from Dec. 17-Jan. 12.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Terrel Brown, 27, from Vineland, NJ was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, obstruction and disorderly conduct Dec. 17. During the investigation into a verbal dispute, Brown became disorderly and resisted when trying to place him under arrest.
Michael Testa, 28, from Seaville, was arrested after it was learned he had an active warrant from Upper Darby, Pa. Dec. 24. He was arrested and placed in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Brian Revoir, 21, was charged with criminal mischief and harassment during a domestic violence incident Dec. 25. A temporary restraining order was issued against him which he violated Jan. 4 and was again arrested and charged with contempt for violating the TRO.
Lisa Custer, 51, from Egg Harbor City, NJ was charged with contempt for violating a TRO Dec. 27.
Stephano Anderson Jr., 19, from Upper Twp., was arrested and charged with contempt and hindering apprehension for providing a false name as to his identity because of active warrants for his arrest Jan. 1. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. He was also charged with DWI.
DWI Arrests:
Dec. 24: Peter Seidelman, 38, from Estell Manor, NJ
Dec. 27: Norman Ferrell Jr., 58, from Bridgeton, NJ
Dec. 30: Lizet Pastor, 46, from Millville, NJ
Jan. 1: Stephano Anderson Jr., 19, from Court House
Jan. 4: Frederick Sneathen, 50, from Woodbine
Accidents:
Woodbine Troopers investigated a pedestrian/ motor vehicle accident on CR 631 (Tuckahoe Rd) and CR 667 (Stagecoach Rd) Jan. 12. The pedestrian, Susan Cepp, 55, of Marmora, was attempting to cross Tuckahoe Rd. when she was struck by two vehicles. Upper Twp. Rescue and Marmora Fire Dept. assisted on scene.
