Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, Dec. 10-Jan. 5

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from  Dec. 10-Jan. 5.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
Kevin Burcaw, 18, from Seaville was charged Dec. 10 with operating a motor vehicle during a period of license suspension; disorderly conduct; and DWI during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Twp. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Ina Sharkey, 56, from West Cape May was charged Dec. 11 with theft and trespassing for stealing a decorated Christmas tree Dec. 10 from a restaurant located in the 2500 block of Shore Rd. in Ocean View. The incident was captured on video surveillance which led to the identity of the suspect. Upon arriving at her residence, a tree matching the description of the one reported stolen was subsequently found on the front porch. Sharkey eventually admitted to the theft after a night of drinking. She was processed and released. The case was “wrapped up” once the slightly disheveled Christmas tree was safely returned to its owner. 
Renee Habermehl, 43, from Linwood, N.J. was charged Dec. 12 with theft for admittedly stealing $100 on two separate occasions from the cash register drawer at a Marmora grocery store where she was employed (at the time).  She was processed and released. 
Jason Scarlett, 41, from Commercial Twp., N.J. was charged Dec. 15 with burglary, theft, and criminal mischief for admittedly stealing copper from a motel in Dennis Township. He was processed and turned over to Port Norris State Police for an outstanding warrant and then lodged in the Cumberland County Jail.  
Justin Byrd, 27, from Marmora was charged Dec. 15 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Twp. He was processed and released. 
Alexandre Rodriguez, 24, from Woodbine was charged Dec. 16 with simple assault, domestic violence, for allegedly pushing his wife to the ground and dragging her across the floor, causing visible injuries to her face and arm during an argument. The victim was treated at Cape Regional and released. The suspect was processed and released. 
Christian and Lilliam Santiago, 23 and 26 respectively, from Woodbine were charged Dec. 19 with eluding and possession of marijuana while on a motor vehicle stop. Driver Christian Santiago continued on at an accelerated rate of speed after being signaled to stop. Once stopped, the passenger, Lillliam Santiago, ran from the vehicle on foot due to a warrant that was active for her. Christian Santiago was taken to the station for processing and released. A short time later, the passenger was also located in Woodbine and arrested and processed. 
Tyrine Askins, 26, from Millville, N.J. was charged Dec. 21 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine.   She was processed and released. 
Carlos Santiago, 29, from Woodbine was charged Dec. 21 with contempt of court for violating a final restraining order that was issued against him by going to a prohibited residence as per the order and engaging in a physical altercation with the plaintiff in the order. Santiago was located and appeared intoxicated. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Hunter Fox, 20, from Woodbine was charged Dec. 23 with criminal cischief for admittedly driving a vehicle across the field and through a vinyl fence at Amanda’s Field in Upper Twp., causing approx. $1,000 in damage. He was arrested, processed and released. 
James Murray, 31, from Woodbine was charged Dec. 25 with unlawful possession of prescription drugs during the course of a well-being check in Woodbine. He was arrested, processed and released. 
Mikal Dublin, 25, from Galloway Twp., N.J. was charged Dec. 26 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. He was processed and released. 
Magie Feliciano, 24, from Woodbine was charged Dec. 30 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine.   She was processed and released. 
Amanda Spangler, 23, from Collings Lakes, N.J. was charged Dec. 31 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Twp. in which she was a passenger. She was arrested, processed and released. 
Christopher Bacon, 31, from Millville, N.J. was charged Dec. 31 with possession of marijuana during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was arrested, processed and released.

Dec. 27: Shannon Brady, 22, from Palermo
Dec. 31: Lee Flukey, 52, from Woodbine
Jan. 2: Domenic Casazza, 37, from Wildwood Crest
Jan. 5: Christopher Boyer, 36, from Court House
