Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, Aug. 15-Sept. 10

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from Aug. 15-Sept. 10.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Aaron Polanco, 20, from Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Aug. 15 with possession of marijuana during the course of a medical assist in the 500 block of Corsons Tavern Road in Dennis Township. Marijuana was found next to him while he was seated on a golf cart. He was processed and released. 
Robert Katevatis, 43, from Cherry Hill, N.J., was charged Aug. 18 with possession of suspected cocaine, marijuana and prescription drugs while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township. He was also found to have two traffic warrants active for his arrest. Subject posted bail for the warrants and was released. 
Albert Seibert III, 48, from Dennis Township, was charged Aug. 19 with aggravated assault on police, resisting arrest, simple assault, and criminal mischief. Troopers were detailed to a reported domestic dispute at his residence where he was allegedly assaulting his wife and her brother-in-law at the residence. He was also reported to be highly intoxicated. The residence exhibited signs of some sort of altercation taking place. Seibert was located upstairs in his residence and resisted trooper’s efforts to place him under arrest. Seibert continued to act disorderly, spewing profanities and spit at one of the troopers. He was then placed under arrest, taken to the station and processed and eventually lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Madelyn Aten, 43, from Norristown, Pa., was charged Aug. 23 with operating a vehicle while under the influence with three juvenile children in the vehicle. During the course of a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Township, Aten was arrested for DWI for being over almost three times the legal limit. Aten’s three children were in the car at the time and eventually released to her sister. She was processed and released. 
Charles Gummel, 53, from Woodbine, was charged with hindering apprehension, harassment, and resisting. Troopers were detailed to a small fire in a driveway at a residence in Upper Township. The fire was extinguished by Tuckahoe Fire Department and Gummel said he was just burning some personal items. He was observed to be intoxicated and was uncooperative. It was learned that he threatened to shoot the firemen if they tried to put the fire out. While attempting to arrest him, he disregarded trooper’s commands and was eventually placed under arrest. He was processed and released. 
Chris Huth, 46, from Audubon, Pa., was charged Aug. 28 with illegal dumping of construction material within Dennis Township. He owns a construction company that was doing work on Lehner Road in Dennis Township. 
Juan Romero, 18, Todd Gonnella, 18, Johanna Rodas, 18, and Christopher Prado-Quesada, 19, all from Bloomfield, N.J., and Maryury Carrera-Ocana, 18, from Wharton, N.J., were charged Aug. 29 with possessing alcoholic beverages while under the legal age during the course of a disorderly persons investigation at a campground in the 2300 block of U.S. 9 in Dennis Township. All were processed and released.

Sept. 4: Marylynn Cundiff, 60, from Barnsboro, N.J.
Sept. 6: Melinda Goodkin, 40, from Philadelphia, Pa.
Sept. 10: Jacob Bentley, 25, from Woodbine
