Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, April 9 – May 17

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from April 9-May 17.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Eric Donato, 29, from Vineland, N.J., was charged April 9 with burglary/theft/ criminal mischief for stealing items from two separate residences in Woodbine. He was also arrested for an active warrant for failure to appear out of Vineland. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Juan Rodriguez, 52, from Woodbine, was charged April 10 with assault and criminal mischief for fighting with his girlfriend’s ex-husband and breaking a window at his residence.
Meredith Cresci, 19, from Dennisville, Bruce Francis, 44, from Mt. Royal, N.J., Ryan Ahern, 25, from Petersburg, Gregory Paterno, 19, from Marmora, David Gallagher, 43, from Beesley’s Point, James Wooley, 18, from Woodbine and one juvenile from Upper Twp., were charged April 12 with trespassing for riding their dirt bikes/ ATV’s in a sand pit in Upper Twp. without the owner’s permission.
Tanaya Denby, 31, from Millville, N.J., was charged April 16 with domestic violence simple assault for assaulting her child’s biological father in Woodbine. A temporary restraining order was also issued against her. She was processed and released.
Brian Revoir, 21, from Court House, was charged April 16 with harassment and criminal trespassing against his ex-girlfriend. A temporary restraining order was also issued against him. He was processed and released.
Anthony Greto, 20, from Sea Isle City, was charged April 19 with criminal mischief/ simple assault for allegedly damaging his own residence and assaulting a subject who also resided there while intoxicated. A temporary restraining order was also issued against him. He was processed and released.
Brian Harris, 53, from Ocean City, was charged April 30 with criminal mischief/ trespassing for damaging property at an Upper Twp. motel where he had been staying.
Lawrence Goolsby, 51, from Woodbine, was charged May 2 with assault for allegedly striking someone on the face in Woodbine. He was processed and released.
Three Upper Twp. juveniles were charged May 2 with eluding for fleeing from the police on their dirt bikes after being signaled to stop. This is another incident in the illegal dirt bike/ATV riding that is going on in the pits of Upper Twp. Subjects were processed, issued multiple motor vehicle summonses and released to their parents. Also charged with Upper Twp. municipal ordinance for parental liability/ responsibility were three of their parents.
Kevin Gowen, 27, from New York, N.Y., was charged May 5 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, along with an active warrant for his arrest from Upper Twp. Gowen was found walking through a local gravel pit without permission.
During a ‘Quality of Life’ detail in Woodbine May 6, Jesus Santiago, 29 from Woodbine, was charged with possession of heroin and Stephon Allen, 24, from Woodbine, was charged with possession and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS”. Santiago was released and Allen was lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Mark Harmon, 22, from Court House, was charged May 8 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He was processed and released.
Isiah Fitzpatrick, 25, from Woodbine, was charged with possession/ distribution of crystal methamphetamine and possession of CDS within 1,000-feet of a school zone while on a motor vehicle stop. He was also charged with DWI. He was lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
According to a statement made in a release, the Woodbine State Police is really trying to stress the illegal dirt bike/ ATV riding in Upper Twp.

April 19: Devon Ford, 36, from Court House
April 22: Ralph Donohue, 68, from Woodbine
April 22: Joseph Gardner, 47, from Ocean View
April 23: James Racz, 46, from Dennisville
May 3: James Bodziak, 35, from Seaville
May 7: Lauren Gardner, 19, from Sea Isle City
May 8: Mark Fogg, 22, from Upper Twp.
May 9: Isiah Fitzpatrick, 25, from Woodbine
May 10: Anthony Moffa, 33, from West Berlin, N.J.
May 12: William McGugan, 21, from Springfield, Pa.
May 15: Ryan Clemson, 25, from Ocean View
May 17: Vincent Varallo, 20, from Naples, Fla.
