WILDWOOD CREST – Wildwood Crest Police Department received a report Dec. 1 that Margaret Woods, 49, of Wildwood Crest, allegedly had a sexual encounter with a 15-year-old juvenile male. During the course of the investigation, it was learned that the encounter allegedly occurred in summer of 2017.
On Dec. 5, Woods was arrested and charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Woods was processed and lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center.
The individual(s) listed is/are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
