VILLAS – Lower Township Police were dispatched to the area of the Lower Township Rescue Squad Building in the Villas section of Lower Township for a report of a disoriented woman Sept. 1 at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, Officer Flitcroft made contact with a woman who identified herself as Nancy Styer of the Town Bank section of Lower Township.
Styer told Officer Flitcroft that she was under the influence of heroin. Concerned for her safety, Officer Flitcroft immediately contacted Lower Township Rescue Squad and requested their assistance.
Styer was transported to Cape Regional Medical Center. She was charged on a summons for violation of New Jersey Statute, 2C:35-10b; possession, use or being under the influence, a disorderly persons offense.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
