Wildwood Police Report Weekly Arrests for Sept. 28-Oct. 4

WILDWOOD – The following are the arrests made by the City of Wildwood Police Department during the week of Sept. 28 – Oct. 4.

“There were a total of 762 calls for service during this week which is an average of 109 calls per day,” stated Wildwood Chief of Police Robert Regalbuto in a release. 

Sept. 28:

Juan Ramirez, 47, Wildwood, Simple Assault

Daniel McCray, 48, Wildwood, Unlawful Possession of Weapons

Sept. 29:

David Daykin III, 41, Melrose, Mass., Driving While Under Influence

John Velez, 28, Wildwood, Driving While Under Influence

Juan Colon, 36, Wildwood, Contempt

James Enos, 39, Wildwood, Open Display on Street or Sidewalk

Charles Vulliet II, 24, North Wildwood, Contempt

Sept. 30:

Thomas Rossman III, 27, Cape May Court House, Driving While Under Influence

Angel Velez, 25, Wildwood, Interference with Transportation

Sean Tatum, 27, Rio Grande, Contempt

Oct. 1:

Charlene Valentine, 33, Villas, Criminal Mischief

Donte Alston, 35, North Wildwood, Possession of CDS (Schedule I, II, III, or IV)

Oct. 2:    

Raynaldo Mojica, 32, New York City, Distribution Over One-Half Ounce Cocaine/Heroin

Shawn Scheurmann, 37, North Wildwood, Unlawful Possession of Weapons

Oct. 3:

Matthew Minix, 36, Gibbstown, Driving While Under Influence

Kimberly Potter, 48, Wildwood, Possession of CDS (Schedule I, II, III or IV)

April Moss, 26, Wildwood, Shoplifting

Alex Garcia-Gonzalez, 35, Wildwood Crest, Loitering

Joshua Kohn, 41, Asbury, Driving While Under Influence

Carlos Ramos-Maldonado, 24, Wildwood, Contempt

Yelitza Maldonado, 27, Westampton, Criminal Trespass

It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
