Wildwood Police Charge Man with Prescription Drug Theft

WILDWOOD — Donald L. Warren, 25, of the 200 block of East Cresse Avenue, was arrested on Nov. 17 at 6 p.m. at his residence.
According to Wildwood Police Detective Lt. Terry Oslar, Warren was charged with three counts of third-degree burglary and three counts of third-degree theft.
Police said all three incidents took place at apartment 510 of Sandman Towers, 3700 New Jersey Ave. One incident occurred on Nov. 17 and the other two incidents took place at separate times on Nov. 3. In all three incidents, prescription medication was stolen from the apartment.
At the time of his arrest, Warren was found to be in possession of some of the stolen medication, fentanyl a schedule II narcotic. For this, Warren received an additional charge for possession of a controlled dangerous.
Warren was lodged in county jail in lieu of $35,000 cash bail set by Judge David DeWeese.
