Wildwood Police Arrest Suspect with Heroin

WILDWOOD — On Wed., July 13, the Wildwood Police Department arrested Thomas Davis III, 24, for drug possession at the Maxwell Field Recreational Complex on Park Blvd.
According to information made available by the police, Davis, a resident of Wildwood, was found to be in possession of 61 bags of heroin, pre-packaged for street level sale. The heroin had an estimated street value of $1,000.
Davis was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of heroin with intent to distribute within 500 ft. of public property.
Wildwood Municipal Judge Christopher Robertson set Davis’ bail at $75,000 cash. Davis was remanded to the Cape May County Correctional Facility in lieu of posting bail.
