COURT HOUSE – Damian Garcia Rodriguez, 33, of Wildwood has been sentenced to 13 years in prison today as part of a plea agreement in the April 22, 2009 death of 2 year-old Caden Rivera, the Press of Atlantic City reports.
Superior Court Judge Kyran Connor who sentenced Rodriguez, did not believe Garcia Rodriguez’s story, the report said.
