By Herald Staff

WILDWOOD- The popular boardwalk amusement park, Morey’s Piers was named in a lawsuit Monday. The lawsuit was filed by Gia Mastroserio of Middlesex County. Mastroserio alleges that the management at Morey’s Piers knew that their Sea Dragon ride was unsafe prior to the accident that occurred on August 19, 2011, where the mast on the ride collapsed, injuring Mastroserio.
