Whitesboro Man Pleads Guilty in Connection With Millville Stabbing

BRIDGETON– Kellie Terrell, 36, of Whitesboro pleaded guilty this week in connection with a burglary and stabbing three years ago in Millville, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.
Terrell entered a guilty plea to second-degree burglary in connection with an incident on March 24, 2007, when Terrell broke into the Millville residence of a former girlfriend, and stabbed her current boyfriend in the back twice before fleeing the scene.
As a result of the plea, Terrell will be sentenced to three years in state prison and must serve more than 2 1/2 years before being eligible for parole. He would also be subject to three years of parole supervision after he is released from prison.
Sentencing is scheduled for May 21.
