UPDATE: No Longer Wanted — Joshua Rickards

COURT HOUSE – Joshua Rickards was arrested by the Cape May County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 14, and is no longer wanted.
He was wanted for Violation of Drug Court.
His original charges were Possession of Drugs, Theft and Burglary.
