COURT HOUSE – David Fitzgerald was arrested by the Cape May County Sheriff’s Department Warrants Unit, and is no longer wanted by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
He was wanted for failure to appear to Superior Court.
His original charge was possession of drugs
