DEL HAVEN – Middle Township Police were called to a home on the 100 block of Geneva Avenue Mon., Nov. 14 at approximately 4:45 p.m. for a report of disorderly people trying to gain entrance into a home.
Upon their arrival, the police were told that the subjects had fled the area in a tan Jeep Cherokee and an older model silver Nissan Altima.
A short time later, police located two vehicles matching the description in the 100 block of Rutledge Avenue.
Francis Rossett, Jr., 23, of Villas was found with contusions to his head and face. Middle Township Rescue was dispatched to the scene, evaluated Rossett’s condition, and determined that Rossett needed to be airlifted to Atlanticare Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. Rossett was treated for his injuries and released.
Middle Township Police as well as the Major Crime Unit are continuing their investigation. No arrests have been made.
