CAPE MAY – Joseph A. Monzo, 19, of Cape May, was arrested by the Cape May City Police Department Jan. 10 at 4:05 p.m. on charges related to the burglary of Colliers Liquor that took place Dec. 24.
Monzo was charged with burglary, a third degree offense, theft of moveable property, a third degree offense, and criminal mischief, a disorderly persons offense. Monzo posted bail and was released with a court date.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
