As of Jan. 10, 2013, Joann Garvin, 54. has been apprehended.and is no longer wanted by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
She was wanted for failure to appear to Superior Court
Her charges were: Theft by Deception and Theft by Illegal Retention.
