BURLEIGH – Middle Township Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit, along with the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force, executed a narcotics search warrant on the 500 block North Wildwood Boulevard. Mario Pagan-Perez, 27, and Milagros Arce-Tirado, 35, were arrested. Heroin and $2,000 were seized during the raid.
Pagan-Perez and Arce-Tirado were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. They were both released on a summons.
