OCEAN CITY – On March 22, at 10:22 a.m., the Ocean City Police responded to a burglary in progress of an occupied building here in the 300 block of Ocean Avenue.
Two witnesses had called 911 and were observing two subjects in the rear of the building attempting to gain entry via a window and door.
The Witnesses were providing information to dispatchers as the officers were responding to the scene.
As the officers arrived they located two subjects that were identified by the witnesses as the suspects. They were located in front of the building in question.
Both suspects were taken into custody at the scene. Arrested were Brandon M. Knowles and Benjamin Kelly both of Ocean City, NJ.
These same two suspects were arrested on March 11, for a burglary in progress of an occupied residence on Simpson Avenue.
They were recently released on bail from the Cape May County Correctional Facility for the pending charges from the March 11, 2010 incident.
The arrests were made by Ptl. Keith Johnson, Lt. Steven Ang and Ptl. Karl Ruf. A follow up investigation is being conducted by Det. Mark Pancoast.

Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
