Two Arrested For Theft From Cape May Construction Site

CAPE MAY – The Cape May Police Department reported the arrest of two subjects in connection with a burglary and theft from a construction site.
Charles Conner, 34 of Villas, and Warren Rodgers, 37 of Villas, were arrested and charged with Burglary and Theft on Jan. 7.
Conner and Rodgers are accused of breaking into a construction trailer located on Texas Avenue in Cape May.
They removed power tools worth approximately $4,000.
The arrests are a result of a cooperative investigation between the Lower Township Police Detective Bureau and the Cape May Police Detective Bureau.
Detective/Sergeant Anthony Marino was the arresting officer in this case,.
Both men were committed to the Cape May County Correctional Center in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
