VILLAS- The Lower Township Police Department along with the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Guns Gangs Narcotics Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at a residence on Bay Avenue in the Villas section of Lower Township Nov. 22.
As a result of the search warrant, heroin, prescription narcotics, and marijuana were seized. Jason Shuman, 30, and Morgan McKinney, 21, were arrested. They were charged with possession and distribution of narcotics. Both were held in Cape May County Correctional Center on cash bail.
Prosecutor Robert Taylor assures Lower Township residents that Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns and Narcotics task force is working vigorously hand in hand with Lower Township Police to find the source of these heroin distributors and distributors of any illegal substances.
