Tragedy Hits Local Family

CONVERSE, La. — Police in Louisiana are investigating a shooting incident that ended the life of Dennis R. Hall, 36, formerly of Wildwood Crest.
The incident, which occurred on June 21 at approximately 11 p.m., was originally reported to police as a hunting accident, but is now being investigated as a homicide.
Dennis Hall, son of Arthur and Patricia Hall of Wildwood Crest, is a former Herald employee.
