COURT HOUSE – Herbert Tozer, 52, the Rio Grande man who was indicted for murder following an altercation at a Rio Grande motel Jan. 10, 2017, pleaded guilty Aug. 10 to aggravated manslaughter.
Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 19, according to The Press of Atlantic City.
