Talking on Cell Phone While Driving? Think Twice!

Over 41,000 people die due to traffic crashes in the U.S each year. In 2007, 724 died in New Jersey due to accidents.
Lower Township police participated in the national Put the Brakes on Fatalities campaign Oct. 10 cracking down on drivers using their cell phones and not wearing seatbelts. The penalties will put a dent in your wallet and maybe your car if you drive inattentively.
