VILLAS – Lower Township Police Department, with the assistance of the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and the Cape May County SWAT team, executed a court-authorized search warrant on Delaware Avenue in Villas Dec. 4.
At the time of execution, four individuals were located in the residence. A search of the residence revealed suspected heroin, methamphetamine, and Xanax that were recovered.
Danielle J. Russo, 29, was charged with possession of CDS (heroin), possession of CDS (methamphetamine), possession of CDS (Xanax), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cheryl H. Williams, 55, was arrested on a body warrant out of the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office for failure to appear on possession of CDS charges.
Russo and Williams were both lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center.
The individual(s) listed is/are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
