NORTH CAPE MAY – Patrolman Robert Fessler was dispatched to a residence in the 700 block of Lincoln Blvd. in North Cape May to investigate the report of suspicious behavior Aug. 27 at approximately 7:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, Patrolman Fessler encountered Keiffer Hahn, 21, who is a resident at that location, along with another man. An investigation was conducted on scene by Patrolman Fessler. During the course of that investigation, Hahn was found to be in possession of several packets of heroin, along with six hypodermic syringes. Hahn’s companion was checked out and released from the scene without charges. Hahn was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS, heroin), possession of six hypodermic syringes and being under the influence of CDS. In default of $15,000 cash bail set by Judge Thomas Hillegass, Hahn was transported to the Cape May County Correctional Center.
