NORTH CAPE MAY – Patrolman Robert Fessler was dispatched to a residence in the 700 block of Lincoln Blvd. in North Cape May to investigate the report of suspicious behavior Aug. 27 at approximately 7:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, Patrolman Fessler encountered Keiffer Hahn, 21, who is a resident at that location, along with another man. An investigation was conducted on scene by Patrolman Fessler. During the course of that investigation, Hahn was found to be in possession of several packets of heroin, along with six hypodermic syringes. He was arrested on scene and transported to the Lower Township Police Department.
Hahn’s companion was checked out and released from the scene without charges. Hahn was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS, heroin), possession of six hypodermic syringes and being under the influence of CDS. In default of $15,000 cash bail set by Judge Thomas Hillegass, Hahn was transported to the Cape May County Correctional Center.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
