WILDWOOD – Members of the Wildwood Police Department Uniform Patrol Division responded to the Wildwood Crest Police Department concerning a report of a sexual assault Aug. 26 at approximately 2:38 a.m.
While there, it was determined that there was a 15-year-old juvenile victim who reported that she was sexually assaulted at a house party in the City of Wildwood.
Further investigation into this matter by members of the Wildwood Police Department Uniform Patrol Division, determined that the sexual assault occurred in the 4200 block of Park Boulevard in Wildwood. During the developing investigation by members of the Wildwood Police Department Detective Division, Christian T. Terinonoi was arrested in connection to the sexual assault of the juvenile victim.
During the follow-up investigation, a court authorized search warrant was executed at the aforementioned location. During the search of the premise, physical evidence of the sexual assault was recovered. Additionally, distribution quantities of controlled dangerous substances, specifically marijuana, Psilocybin (mushrooms) and numerous items identified as narcotics paraphernalia were seized.
During the search, $5,000, which was identified as proceeds of the illicit narcotics sales/distribution was seized for forfeiture, in connection to the investigation.
As a result of the investigation the following individuals were arrested and charged with the appropriate criminal offenses:
Christian Terinoni, 19, an employed lifeguard currently residing in Wildwood was charged with sexual assault with injury (a crime of the second degree), sexual assault statutory, (a crime of the second degree), endangering the welfare of a child, (a crime of the third degree), possession of psilocybin (mushrooms), (a crime of the third degree), possession of marijuana over 50 grams, (a crime of the fourth degree), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute over one half ounce/less than five pounds, (a crime of the third degree), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute school zone, (a crime of the third degree), and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute public property, (a crime of the second degree). Judge Dorothy Garrabrant set bail at $500,000 cash/bond no ten percent all charges. Terinoni was unable to post bail and was incarcerated at the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Thomas Kiessling, 19, a college student currently residing in West Deptford, NJ was charged with possession of psilocybin (mushrooms), (a crime of the third degree), possession of marijuana over 50 grams, (a crime of the fourth degree), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute over one half ounce/less than five pounds, (a crime of the third degree), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute school zone, (a crime of the third degree), and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute public properly, (a crime of the second degree). Judge Dorothy Garrabrant set bail at $100,000 cash/bond no ten percent all charges. Kiessling was unable to post bail and was incarcerated at the Cape May County correctional Center.
Paul Koehler, 21, a deli employee currently residing in Swedesboro, NJ was charged with possession of psilocybin (mushrooms), (a crime of the third degree), possession of marijuana over 50 grams, (a crime of the fourth degree), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute over one half ounce/less than five pounds, (a crime of the third degree), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute school zone, (a crime of the third degree), and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute public property, (a crime of the second degree). Daniel Morelli, 20, a college student currently residing in Jackson, NJ was charged with possession of psilocybin (mushrooms), (a crime of the third degree), possession of marijuana over 50 grams, (a crime of the fourth degree), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute over one half ounce/less than five pounds, (a crime of the third degree), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute school zone, (a crime of the third degree), and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute public property, (a crime of the second degree). Judge Dorothy Garrabrant set bail at $100,000, cash/bond no ten percent all charges. Morelli was unable to post bail and was incarcerated at the Cape May County correctional Center.
Nicholas Rutter, 20, a college student currently residing in Woodbury Heights, NJ was charged with possession of psilocybin (mushrooms), (a crime of the third degree), possession of marijuana over 50 grams, (a crime of the fourth degree), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute over one half ounce/less than five pounds, (a crime of the third degree), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute school zone, (a crime of the third degree), and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute public property, (a crime of the second degree). Judge Dorothy Garrabrant set bail at $100,000 cash/bond no ten percent all charges. Rutter was unable to post bail and was incarcerated at the Cape May County correctional Center.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
