COURT HOUSE – Cape May County Sheriff’s Office participated in a statewide sweep for non-support warrants conducted by all sheriff’s offices over the last few days.
“Eighteen individuals were arrested for 22 non-support warrants. Four subjects were incarcerated at the Cape May County Correctional Center,” stated Sheriff Gary Schaffer in a release.
These arrested individuals were taken before probation and the courts where $7,354 was collected in non-support payments.
The following persons were arrested for non-support payments:
April 4, 2017:
Stanley Matthews, 44, arrested in Villas
Robert Greco, 32, arrested in Court House
Carla Brennan, 22, arrested in Wildwood
Jennifer Mangles, 33, arrested in Court House
Brian Robson, 45, arrested in Villas
Jose Rodriguez, 33, arrested in Wildwood
Andrew Hollingsworth, 25, arrested in Villas
Stephanie O’Neal, 25, arrested in Woodbine
Andrew Voegtlin, 34, arrested in Cape May
Mark McCarthy, 31, arrested in Villas
Jose Galindo, 30, arrested in Court House
Scot Jones, 45, arrested in Court House
Jimmie Raines, 54, arrested in Court House
Miquel Guibas, 52, arrested in Atlantic County
April 5, 2017:
Charles Becica, 41, arrested in Ocean View
Daniel Carson, 35, arrested in Woodbine
Tracey Kluska, 42, arrested in Court House
April 6, 2017:
Christopher Fox, 31, arrested in Court House
The following above arrested persons were also charged with additional warrants:
Robson; one Automated Traffic System (ATS) warrant for $501 out of Maurice River Township and one Automated Complaint System (ACS) warrant for $501 out of Maurice River Township. He was also charged with possession of cocaine.
“I want to commend the officers from the Law Enforcement Division and the Correction Division for outstanding job performances. These arrests were done most professionally and with the safety of all concerned,” stated Schaffer.
Schaffer continued by saying, “I encourage all citizens to assist our agency in apprehension of persons with outstanding warrants by checking our website, www.cmcsheriff.net and reviewing our FaceCrook page. Please do not approach people who we currently have warrants for and use our anonymous texting of tips hot line ‘TIP411CMCSO’ or our app found on our website.”
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
