ERMA – On Fri. March 9, Lower Township Police arrested of Kayla E. Albert, 19, of North Cape May, charging her with nine counts of burglary, four counts of theft, one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession of marijuana.
The burglaries are related to an ongoing investigation throughout Lower Township where numerous cars have been entered and property has been stolen. Through this investigation approximately $750-$1,000 worth of property was recovered.
Lower Township police report they are in the process of returning the property. Police state that all the vehicles that were entered were unlocked and are asking the residents to lock their vehicles.
All the thefts and burglaries in this incident occurred in the Villas.
