NORTH CAPE MAY – Members of the Lower Township Police Department Detective Bureau executed a search warrant on a residence located on the 200 block Old Mill Drive in North Cape May April 18.
The results of the court authorized search yielded several arrests for outstanding warrants and illegal narcotics-related offenses. The details of the narcotics offenses are not being released at this time, due to the ongoing investigation. The owner of the residence, Pamela Deary-Sheeler, 50, who lives on the 200 block Old Mill Drive, was one of the individuals taken into custody. She was served with complaints, given a court date and released on her own recognizance.
Another individual taken into custody, as part of the investigation, was Donald Roth Jr., 42, who resides on Osprey Drive in North Cape May. Roth was served his complaints and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Members of the Lower Township Police Department Detective and Patrol Divisions investigated this incident and conducted the search warrant operation.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty. This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
