Search Warrant Results in Three Arrests

GREEN CREEK – Members of Middle Township Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit along with the Cape May County SWAT Team and Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office executed a court-authorized search warrant at a motel on the 500 block Route 47 South in the Green Creek section of Middle Township. 
Malick Philippe, 24, of Jamaica, N.Y. was found to be in possession of 19 bags of suspected heroin and two oxycodone pills. Philippe was also found to have an active warrant out of New Gretna. Philippe was charged with two counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and one count of possession of CDS with the intent to distribute. Philippe was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center in lieu of $60,000 full cash bail.
Michael Gellura, 48, of the motel was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a summons. Barbara Serio, 52, also of the motel, was arrested on two bench warrants and released on her own recognizance.
