Search Warrant Leads to Two Arrests, Seizure of 50 Bags of Heroin

WILDWOOD CREST – Two local residents were arrested during the execution of a search warrant in Wildwood Crest, Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor and the Borough of Wildwood Crest Public Safety Director, Eugene Taylor announced Oct. 14.
The arrests are a result of a cooperative effort by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns, and Narcotics Task Force and the Wildwood Crest Police Department. The investigation concluded Oct. 10, with a court authorized search warrant executed by the Cape May County Regional S.W.A.T Team in the 100 East block of Morning Glory Road in Wildwood Crest.
As a result of the investigation, 50 bags of heroin were seized from the residence.
As a result of the investigation, Lori Nocentino, 35, and Anthony Seda, 37, of Wildwood Crest, were charged with the following:
Possession of heroin, a third degree crime.
Possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, a third degree crime.
Endangering the welfare of a child, a second degree crime.
Nocentino was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center in lieu of $25,000 full cash bail and Seda was released on a summons complaint.
Prosecutor Taylor advises that persons convicted of a second degree crime are subject to a term of imprisonment of 5 to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison; persons convicted of a third degree crime are subject to a term of imprisonment of 3 to 5 years in New Jersey State Prison. The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
