WHITESBORO – On April 8 at 12:02 a.m., Middle Township Police received a report of a man with a gun on Cochran Street.
Investigation revealed Bryan Williams went to a home on Cochran street, after having an argument with his ex-girlfriend on the phone.
While at the home the argument became physical. Bryan Williams allegedly brandished a handgun and threatened his ex-girlfriend with it.
Williams fled the area when 9-1-1 was called.
Williams was arrested without incident later that day at 1:30 p.m. in Green Creek.
He was charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
He was placed in Cape May County Correctional Center on $100,000 Bail.
This case is being investigated by Patrolman Ron Miller, Middle Township Major Crimes Unit, and the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
