VINELAND — According to The Daily Journal, Vineland police arrested 23-year-old Jose Jimenez Rugama on Wednesday after he allegedly fondled himself while inside a K-Mart on South Delsea Drive.
He was charged with one count of lewdness and held in the Cumberland County Jail on $2,500 bail.
According to police, Jimenez Rugama, of the 8100 block of South Route 9, Rio Grande, entered the store around 5 p.m. on Wednesday. He was caught by an employee as he fondled himself. The incident was also captured by security cameras.
There were several customers in the store, including children.
