Restaurant Worker Charged With Stealing $300 From Congress Hall

CAPE MAY– Cape May Police Department reports the arrest of a West Cape May man on August 1 Theft (over $200) from a local restaurant.
Police have charged Joseph M. Sigona, age 34, of West Cape May, with Theft (over $200, a 4th Degree Offense).
Police allege that Sigma, while employed at a Congress Hall restaurant, unlawfully removed over $300 in cash from the restaurant on the evening of July 296.
Sigona was released on a summons and is scheduled to appear in Cape May Municipal Court on August 11th at 9:00AM.
Detective DeMusz is investigating the incident.
