DEL HAVEN — Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor and Middle Township Police Chief Christopher Leusner have announced additional charges have been issued against 71-year-old Frederick Gene Marr regarding the Aug. 11 shooting death of Del Haven resident Ronald Denny Sr.
Marr was charged with murder and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes. Bail was set at $1 million.
