NORTH WILDWOOD – North Wildwood Police Department is requesting public assistance in attempting to identify three men wanted in a theft of two personal watercraft and a trailer during the early morning hours of Sept. 11 on the 300 block W. 17th Avenue. Screenshots of the suspects and the vehicle they used were captured from a surveillance camera in the area.
The vehicle used in the theft is possibly a Jeep Cherokee or other “boxy” or square model Jeep with a storage container on the roof with a tire in it.
Suspect 1 is a male wearing jeans and a striped polo, with a short, dark beard. Suspect 2 is a male wearing cargo shorts, a t-shirt and hat and possibly tattoos on his left forearm. Suspect 3 is a male wearing a black t-shirt and shorts.
Items stolen:
(1) Sea Doo Wake Pro 212 personal watercraft, black and yellow in color, bearing New Jersey registration NJ3077HE
(1) Sea Doo RXT-X personal watercraft, white, red and black in color, bearing New Jersey registration NJ6735HG
(1) Sea Doo personal watercraft trailer, black in color, bearing New Jersey registration TNV-48L
