Police Seek Armed Robbery Suspect

WILDWOOD – Members of the Wildwood Police Department Uniform Patrol Division responded to a report of an armed robbery at Laura’s Fudge parking lot, located at 357 East Wildwood Avenue, Wildwood, at approximately 1:05 p.m. July 26.
According to a release, during the course of the robbery, the suspect displayed a knife and demanded money from the parking lot attendant. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with a medium body build, wearing a dark colored shirt, khaki shorts, red and black ball cap and black sneakers with white soles. The suspect fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of money.
