NORTH CAPE MAY – Officer Fessler arrived at an apartment complex in the 3900 block of Bayshore Road investigating a domestic dispute between brothers May 31.
As officers attempted to arrest the subject, Daniel Shaw, 59, resisted arrest prior to being taken into custody. A search at the scene uncovered a small amount of marijuana on the subject.
Shaw was charged with assault, possession of marijuana under 50 grams and resisting arrest.
The subject was placed in the Cape May County Correctional Center.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
