Police Nab Fugitive from Virginia

ERMA – Lower Township Police Patrolmen Michael Nuscis, Kevin Boyle, Jr., and William Kocis arrested a fugitive from justice out of the Commonwealth of Virginia Sept. 3.
The fugitive, Christian Groome, 30, was a former Virginia resident and had just recently moved into the area. The officers located Groome at a residence in the 300 block Willow Drive in Erma and placed him under arrest, without incident. 
Groome was charged with being a fugitive from justice. In addition to being a fugitive from Virginia, Groome is also wanted out of the states of South Carolina and Florida.
He was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center, where he is awaiting extradition back to Virginia.
