NORTH CAPE MAY – Officer Kaitlyn Black while conducting a property check at the Douglass Park adjacent to the canal observed a suspicious vehicle in the area.
An investigation and consent to search was obtained. Michael Lee Kolczynski, 24, of Townbank Road in North Cape May was arrested for possession of marijuana. He was processed and released on a summons.
Officer Black was assisted by Officers Combs and Fitcroft.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
