Police Arrest Man for Allegedly Exposing Himself to Juveniles on Beach

WILDWOOD CREST – Wildwood Crest Police were called to the area of Stanton Rd. on the beach for a man exposing himself Aug. 26 at 11:12 a.m.
Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol assisted in detaining James Fadigan of Pipersville, PA, until Officer Al Hanson and Det. Sergeant Ed Gorski were able to investigate. Witnesses told Gorski that Fadigan allegedly exposed his genitals to two juveniles while on the beach. The juveniles told their mother who reported it to the lifeguards. Fadigan was arrested without incident and charged with lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child. Bail was set at $20,000/10 percent.
Fadigan was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center in lieu of the bail. The juveniles were not injured.

The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
