Police Arrest Fugitive in North Wildwood

NORTH WILDWOOD- The Philadelphia Police Department (Major Crimes/FBI Violent Task Force and Northeast Detectives) along with North Wildwood Police Department arrested Dennis Woods, aka Dennis Boyce, 37, without incident at the Aruba Motel located at 2001 Surf Avenue in North Wildwood and transported him to North Wildwood Police Department on Friday, Aug. 23 at approximately 12:15PM.
Woods is being charged as a fugitive from justice from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is being held in the Cape May County Correctional Center on no bail.
Woods (Boyce) also had warrants out of North Wildwood (traffic) and Deptford Township (defiant trespass) that were executed as well. After being processed, Woods (Boyce) will be extradited back to Philadelphia to face charges for burglary and other related charges.
Additional details of the investigation will not be released until Woods is returned to Philadelphia. Once additional information is available, it will be released at that time.
