Police Arrest Fugitive from Pennsylvania

NORTH WILDWOOD – North Wildwood Police Officers Bernard Tighe and Jacob Zeller stopped a man on foot who was in violation of a City of North Wildwood local ordinance July 22 at 2:17 a.m. A warrant check of the accused, Edward Walley, revealed that he was wanted out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Delaware County) for a narcotics related charge. 
Walley, 56, from Wilmington, Del., was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Walley was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center where he is awaiting extradition.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
